However, if you need help, you'll get it 100%, always. For me, personal growth is vital, and fortunately, they recognize the potential in their employees and are committed to helping us through extensive opportunities for professional development. In my case, I've been mentored by owners and directors, and they've also paid for many online trainings from different high-quality learning platforms. What surprises me the most is the openness of all team members, from my direct team to the company owners. Everyone is always willing to listen to you, provide guidance, and bring you back up during tough times. They trust and invest in us unconditionally, which is hard to find.
