      Very bad cultural setting | Don't care about their employees | Make people work ridiculous hours | Don't let them take breaks | Don't want to employee more people to save themselves from Government Policies it seems | No incentives on recruitment as well. Only they make money | No set of policies too, they also don't comply to their own policies
