You work hard full day, put your nights and weekends and never get paid for your extra hours and work and still you come to listen not happy.

Cons

Its among those company which started on small scale and remains at same because of there mentality and unusual pressure over the employee. They are among those who expect a lot but don`t will to pay. When it comes over increment then they just ask you to leave or fire you without notice and giving any written intimation. This shows there real face and how much they think for employees.

Well they provide you with work from home option

Salary and appraisal not on time. I worked hard for 1 year with this company and my appraisal was due last month (they raise salary after 1 year) but they didn't gave me any hike and still they are delaying it by saying that we are thinking about it.
