      terrible company - no direction, no advancement, and no hope for the future!

      Pros

      flexible schedule and work-from-home availability for select business units.

      Cons

      Consistently below-industry-average salaries and no bonus structure; no training of any sort, ever; no sense of 'team' - business units do not interact; terrible management with unclear objectives and poor strategic decision-making... and consistently losing money for years now.

      Pros

      Work-life balance (most of the time), and some friendly folk around the office.

      Cons

      Whole biz model tied to postal rates, so long-term contracts inevitably lose $ when rates increase. Foresight is apparently not a thing. No promotions (ever), no training (ever), pay below industry standard, benefits package a joke, and layoffs regularly.
