Pros

There's always something good. I've had good and bad managers during my tenure.

Cons

Upper management doesn't know how to communicate company goals accordingly, It's hard to have open conversations if all your peers are being laid off. Company is constantly hiring new employees, and there's no retention program for current employees.

Pros

Fast paced environment, hard working teams, company trying hard to make positive changes, and correct decisions for improvement. Open to feedback and usually welcomes it.

Cons

If one does not have the ability to learn and pickup quick or is not a self-starter, it will be hard to keep up with the rest of the team that performs.

Pros

Genuine desire to continuously improve employee experience, passionate leaders, big goals, value employee feedback (lots of surveys), increased transparency in communications from leadership to employees.

Cons

Lots of change over the past few years in leadership as well as how we operate which has been difficult at times, moments of low confidence in leadership's ability to be effective/strategic (some seem to be new to executive roles), work life balance is difficult to achieve in this season of change - overall I am optomistic for the future of the company, but the current state of things is simultaneously challenging/frustrating and exciting/inspiring.
