Pros

Genuine desire to continuously improve employee experience, passionate leaders, big goals, value employee feedback (lots of surveys), increased transparency in communications from leadership to employees.

Cons

Lots of change over the past few years in leadership as well as how we operate which has been difficult at times, moments of low confidence in leadership's ability to be effective/strategic (some seem to be new to executive roles), work life balance is difficult to achieve in this season of change - overall I am optomistic for the future of the company, but the current state of things is simultaneously challenging/frustrating and exciting/inspiring.
