Pros

Good and fair compensation. Payment of salaries and contractors are of utmost importance for CEO and he makes sure that this guideline in followed to the T.

Cons

There is no professional sense of management. CEO is on top of every move, from top to bottom of company, does not delegate, shows total contempt and disdain for the work of employees. He believes he has the knowledge in every field and discipline, and does not accept others' work, criteria or recommendations if different to his views. Yells, insults and uses disrespectful words to humiliate employees. Emotionally draining for male and female employees alike and even for his own relatives and girlfriend who work for him. Not worth the money.

Pros

There are not pros. This is a company that mistreats and disrespects its employees. For them employees mean nothing and are insulted

Cons

Horrible experience. Its owner and CEO Jose Luis Turnes, is a disrespectful Venezuelan guy who mistreats and insults all his employees calling them Mongolic retarded idiots. He has no respect for anyone in his companies. He micromanages all activities and demands that his employees present to him at the beginning of the day, a detailed list of all tasks and activities performed the day before along with a list of all activities to be performed during the current day. He talks to his employees in a loud voice yelling and insulting them by using bad words and calling them peace of cheat, dummies, crazy donkeys, and stupid, even if you have been performing your responsibilities correctly.

Pros

The only pro is that they pay good and the interview/hiring process is quick.

Cons

Everything is wrong with this company, except for the poor employees that have to take all the humiliations from the CEO. He yells and insults everyone and break things (once I saw him blast a chair in the CFO's office in a outburst). But this is the daily environment here. 6 Controllers in 2 years; 5 Chief Information Officers in six months. Does that tells you something? Every day in this company is a chaos. Don't let them tempt you with money and fancy offices. I assure you that you will regret it. New hires regret leaving their former jobs; with no exception. There is no Human Resources department. The last Human Resources manager left very sad and traumatized because she felt she destroyed a lot of people careers/lives by bringing them in and then the CEO firing them for no reason or because he felt like that at the moment. If you saw Horrible Bosses movie this is a perfect example. Employees are always scared when the CEO calls them for any reason. Very stressful and horrible environment. I feel ashamed that I ever worked in here. They will send you to the Dominican Republic with little to no prior notice as punishment because they have operations there and if anything goes wrong there; you will be on a plane traveling when the issue can be solved remotely...even if it is father's day.
