I've worked for companies of various sizes, including Fortune 50 organizations. Working for Status Not Quo (SNQ) has been the best experience by far! The executive team truly cares about you and your family. Everyone you work with is authentic and real. I think part of that is because the company loves talking about how "we are a drama free environment". SNQ is the real deal.
I truly feel like I contribute to the organization as a whole and that really matters to me.
Other perks:
--Snacks and drinks are free
--They pay for your dry cleaning
--You are surrounded by people that can help you with your grammar
--Espresso machine is available for everyone
--The company will randomly buy Starbucks drinks for everyone
--Developers are a very quiet group of people
Cons
There really aren't too many "cons" but if I had to name two I would say...
(1) Depending upon the time of year the sun shines through the front office windows and it feels like your retinas will catch fire.
(2) Sometimes someone will put disco music on the Sonos sound system. Who does that?!
The company had a very friendly workplace and I always felt welcome. There were several company events that were always fun. Work hours were very flexible as long as deadlines were met.
