Not the hardest job, however HR is the worst. They could care less about human life. Head op manager is useless.

I wish i could put something down. The supervisor in processing is excellent ( day shift). The money is good, some ppl are okay

Cons

7 days a week. You have No life its mandatory. No sick time, early on Mondays at 4am which they dont tell you when they hire you. Points for EVERYTHING. Worst thing i EVER DID.

Employees are not held accountable for their actions. The attendance policy is a joke. There is no potential growth opportunities within the company. Management and supervisors do not work as a team.

Cons

Third shift management very unprofessional. Favoritism everywhere in plant. Afraid to enforce company rules if it involves a minority employee. Shift manager screams at certain people and allows the favored ones to slack all the time.
