Pros
I loved being in control of my own hours. Steady made everything easy because it all comes thru my phone. I can except or reject jobs and get updates thru my phone. Much higher paying than anywhere else in town.
Cons
I can't think of any.

Pros
The people at Steady Install are top notch and you are surrounded with movers and shakers there. The best part of working there is knowing your job contributes to people getting employment and improved the local economy.
Cons
The company has a "lean startup" philosophy and does not employ many people.
