- Comfortable and convenient work timings - Matured treatment of employees ( To learn from the employee on their pain points and trying to get them what best possible - in terms of materials/software/learning/people management ) - Equal opportunities to everyone - Not just work driven but focusses on building employee skills as well. - Funding for employee skill development - Accessible HR officer to tackle any issues/recommendation for better office culture/personal wellbeing.

Good work life balance Good tech stack People are so good. No micromanagement. management ask you to work only 8 hours :) In SRE team, they are following very best practise as you can learn and grow and strong.
