I don't think a few cons will change anything about this company's management and managers, - They hire new people not for new ideas but only for creating connections. - Promotions and good appraisals go to those who don't know anything but just sit at their desk like a kid. Even if you ask them about an SEO update, they won't know. - Some managers don't even know how to run their software but still have a full attitude. This doesn't apply to all managers, but those who read this will know I'm talking about them. - Humiliating people by saying they don't know anything, threatening that the company will kick them out to make them work. - The CEO knows everything but for some reason doesn't do anything for those who actually work. - It might seem like I'm writing this review out of frustration, but that's not the case. I just don't want anyone else's life to be spoiled. - This is the first company where you have to pay for your own training. - There's much more, but what's the point... The CEO won't approve this review, and in a few days, everything will be back to normal. So, all the best to those who are just passing time without doing any work... You've come to the right place.

Expect you to do all the work without any management support, Will keep you on probation period till they want to and when you ask for the confirmation suddenly all the negative reviews will come. If you are willing to leave the organization then there main strategy is to create problem with the employee and suddenly give early relieving without even asking. Management will never try to communicate with the employee, will just review you any day and discourage you. Even the HR is not helpful at all. They expect you to work continuously without a proper KRA and in return you can neither expect raise or probation clearance for one complete year.
