I was working in Delhi and join them Ludhiana I have seen reviews on Glassdoor but these reviews are totally fake. When I left this company they asked me to write positive feedback on this site else they would not have given me my relieving letter.... Don't rush with these reviews I will tell you what happened there.
You have to reach office at 9 AM sharp if you are late for 2-3 minutes you have to give them half of your salary.
You can't leave before 7:30 PM. So basically it's 9& half hour working company. Some team leaders work till 8:30 also.
One one open position 6-7 recruiter works at a same time you have to go to the team leader seat, stand in a line, get the recruitment and without understanding the recruitment you have to be first of those recruiters to call candidate and upload his/her resume on their software #hirecraft.
One new things they have invented is the calling sheet you have to prepare the calling sheet and your team leader and management will ask you to call at least 50 person in a day, Matter how senior or critical position you are working on.
Last thing there are many people who are working since 5-6 years but they are not happy even they don't have choice, coz there is no job in Ludhiana apart from StepUp.. if you get something they will ask you serve 3-4 months of notice (if you are earning good for them).
