Business outlook
Pros
- Good location (suburb of Paris but close to Tram and metro) - Offices are nice - Team spirit (when I was there)
Cons
- Low wages - No room for negociation - Workload is insane (expect to work long hours and weekends) - Authoritative management (lots of pressure and unnecessary comments -we had 8 resignations in 1 year, it should tell you how bad it was...) - Hire 2 to 3 people at the same time and will only keep the best one
