Pros

Fun environment and Wonderful People. The Mountain Culture is spectacular to work in and around. The employees bond together to support each other enough to survive the managements bad choices.

Cons

Short sighted business model. Senior team is constantly at odds. Each team member will do "Anything" it takes to make themselves look good to the CEO This culture creates a management team that makes ruthless decisions, regardless of how damaging it is to the employee and front line worker. Managers are rewarded for under staffing which saves Money. Skiing/Riding is only good when employees are not shamed into working. unfortunately this resort has a hard time retaining employees, so those left behind are forced to pick up the slack while management is out skiing.

Encouraging and attentive leadership, fun people to work with. Good employee food and areas to chill. Get a free ski pass.

Far away from most housing.

There was such a high turnover rate that I kept getting switched between departments since people kept quitting
