      Flexible scheduling but limited benefits and PTO

      make your own schedule and option to work 7 days a week

      Cons

      no benefits, once your schedule is set you cant move it and you get barely any pto. you don't get any paid holidays like the rest of the company even if you work 30ish hours a week normally.
