Pros

They have a few good products that work well, Bioforge, Stimulate, X-tra power and Sugar Mover. Good benefits but no 401K Savings plan. Invest on your own.

Cons

Sadistic and controlling company owner likes to create chaos by creating 500 products that all overlap each other to keep everyone confused and he likes to create tension in the field by overlapping consultants with sales reps in the same territory so they compete against each other. Stoller has unwavering loyalty to 3rd party consultants, they walk on water no matter the dirty deeds and half truths that have been said to sell the product line. If you mess with them, you are out of a job. Very few policies set in place so there are no guidelines for anything, even management doesn't know, they just work on the fly. Forget about anyone in corporate doing anything to support the field level employees, incompetence is rewarded and rampant. There is zero follow through with most management staff. The company is under the guise of change but it's a facade. Nothing will change until there is a new owner in place and even then, it’s doubtful. Owner is more concerned with his Christian charities and that he is known as a Christian philanthropist, rather than an owner of concern who would address the unethical behavior of his close long time friends that work for him as contractors and have taken advantage of decent honest people. The good old boy club here prevails and it's all about the bottom line. If you are not in the good ole boy club, you are out. As mentioned above, there is no 401K savings plan. Good luck trying to move up, no advancement opportunities.

Pros

None. Not sure what business model the last review was talking about. Maybe to continuously lose money because they were excellent at that.

Cons

Everything. Nothing is good about this company. Management will make decsisons based on inaccurate information and are afraid to make things correct. Products are continually changing with no rhyme or reason. Products are mislabeled.
