Pros

StoneArch Logistics is a great company with exceptional leadership. A major benefit is the company size, it feels there is always room for growth while having your thoughts and concerns heard.

Cons

The Logistics industry is a demanding field, Stonearch does its best to make sure employees feel involved and are having fun with team outings and opportunities to know coworkers outside the office.

Compensation is great. Hard work every day, good location.

Cons

I entered this workplace with limited experience in the industry and was let go in under a year. In fairness to StoneArch, they did inform me that it's a tough industry.

They value their employees and make sure to show it! Plenty of opportunities for team building, outings, in office games, competitive wages, and systems to gain employee input and implement change.

Cons

Not very diverse but getting better.
