Oh man.. where to start. It all comes back to poor management. During my time there, I was humiliated in front of several colleagues, ostracized by leadership, and watched people climb up the ladder solely by throwing people under the bus with lies and manipulating the truth to make themselves appear better. They have no problem letting their good, hard working employees know how replaceable they are, yet promoting the ones that stroke their ego, even if they don’t have a HS diploma or GED. The managers will accuse people of being toxic but the reality is they are the toxic ones. If the owners would hire new top management (who literally do nothing and sit in the office all day), this would have been my favorite job. I wouldn’t recommend working here, but if you do, don’t trust anyone and be aware that unless you stroke their ego, you will be blamed for things you didn’t do and treated very poorly.
