Amazing Product. Opportunity to grow under the right management. Great work-life balance. Great benefits. Great individuals in the company as a whole.

Cons

Inefficient and toxic work environment cultured by sales leadership. Merit and data-based results are scarcely recognized. Inconsistency in decision making by sales leadership because of weak foundation. Poor sales leadership skills in growing individuals professionally.
