Pros

- colleagues with good experience and right working manner - consumer board and bio material offer lots of positions which can get touch with many industries and applications

Cons

- still the same "old paper industry" behavior and mentality - slow decision making from top to middle management - on execution level, knowledge and experience shortage is quite obvious at many places

Good if you're Finnish and hate change

Even in economic problems, not many people lose jobs. Lots of security...no one will make a decision to fire you.

Cons

Limited chances if you are not Finnish. New CEO is good and honest, but has a team who learned the old Finnish ways from the old CEO...they can't make decisions or think there is a world outside Finland
