Food, alcohal, gossip if you are person who like this you will be happy favouritism groupism is at it’s peak

Cons

Not a women friendly company they pass bad comments on women body and talk sh*** they don’t give work from home for tough days of women , managers are worst micromanagement

Company is good, but senior managers are worst

Budding company, lots of opportunities, good benefits

Cons

Toxic senior engineering managers, don't listen when people talk, think they know everything, but actually know very little, very insecure, cannot take any own decision, very bad communication(borders on harassment),bitter, do not understand the things they're working on, no clarity of thinking, goals etc., expects team to be available 24/7, cannot do anything to unblock the team, bad prioritisation, very judgy about people's personal preferences, gossipy, wastes people's time in meetings, don't listen to people clearly, assumes everything. This is specific to one or two teams, other managers are fine.

Nothing good at all, major failure company , where onsite teams throws their failures on offsite hyd teams.

Cons

Major issues with Onsite teams not even academic qualified, they hire people from theatre and non IT background bcz they are relatives of Top positions. The company is going to fail soon, to impress investors they are through all the blame on offsite hyd teams and firing them.
