Pros
I joined the company almost 2 years ago but have known the owners for 6, working with them to build their brand at HSN as their buyer. I can truly say there is not a place I would rather be. StoreBound does not feel like a workplace but more like my home. The below are some of my top reasons for not only loving what I do, where I do it but also who I get to do it with! A team environment where every single team members' opinions and ideas truly matter and are considered. The ability to really make your job what you want it to be. The leadership team encourages you to take ownership in what you do. Rapid growth in a currently break even industry. Everyone is after the same goal! Sounds silly to even say out loud, but as most people know in this industry that is not always the case.
Cons
I honestly can't say one negative thing about working for Storebound. Instead I can tell you that when anyone on the team or myself has had a frustration it has been recognized, discussed and addressed. We are continuing to evolve as people and as a company and plan to continue to do so.
