      Pros

      Flexible schedules, ability to work remotely, leaders in the stored value arena and decent support structure. Travel requirements are low depending upon position.

      Cons

      Considering the constant mode of being for sale, investment in systems is low, constant pressure to reduce overhead is overwhelming which recently translated to a reduction in force.

      Relaxed work environment, conveniently located behind Oxmoor mall. Competitive pay.

      Cons

      Management structure has too many holes, no interest/investment in employee retention, no emp. recognition, PTO days don't transfer, non-existent 401k match, skills are spread too thin and employees are overworked.
