      Great Opportunities for Growth & Positive Culture

      Pros

      The CEO, full C-suite, and leaders I've connected with are all really smart and truly caring people. They are passionate about the company, customers, and colleagues. Work culture is professional and positive. In the couple years I've been with Strada, I've grown my skillset much faster than I did in my my previous role at a fortune 500 company. I work fully remote which is helpful. Would highly recommend if your looking to elevate your skills, work with kind employees, and add value.

      Cons

      Workload can be heavy, but company is very understanding and giving when it comes to emergencies, vacation, PTO, and just time for yourself. They even provide a "ME Day" during the month of your birthday.

Strong emphasis on payroll legislative compliance, offering valuable expertise in statutory requirements. Opportunities to work on automation projects like Payroll Control Center (PCC), enhancing technical skills. Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Implementation). Good platform for career growth in payroll, compliance, and client management. Chance to mentor and train new joiners, building leadership and coaching skills.

      Cons

      Limited career growth opportunities, with progression paths not clearly defined. Poor remuneration compared to industry standards. HR not consistently enforcing policies, often overlooking issues raised against local management. High presence of office politics, which can affect fairness and transparency in decision-making.
