- Work life balance - Professional Colleagues & Positive Environment. No blaming culture, everyone owns up their mistakes, and no fingers pointed during incidents - Flexible work arrangement - Huge opportunity to grow!

- Resource is a bit tight at the moment. Lots of priorities coming up with limited amount of engineers. But it is slowly improving at the moment.
