      I have been worked at stratapps more than five years. It was a nice experience.

      Cons

      Company accepting short term projects dead lines to complete the project for this employee taking lot of pressure to handle project dead lines. Management not able to bringing new BI projects and now the company is moving to Java based projects.

      Hikes will be released not based on work. Based on the designation only will give a hike.
