You won't learn any thing new even you will forget what you know too. They will not provide you even tea and coffee. they will give you salary too delay. Poor Management. they wont provide there laptop too You have to take your laptop. You would be feel hot all the time.

1. Prone to repeating the same mistakes made in the earlier phase. 2. Instead of making there primary product reach its near maximum potential, they tend to spend more on products that had its initiation a month or back. 3. Management, always trying to keep the employees in check of there thoughts or suggestions or experiments by mentioning a less than truthful financial state of the company.

Flexible work culture. Good work-life balance. No one breathing down the neck all the time (No micromanagement).

Cons

Management went on a spending spree in the initial days. Spent on unnecessary stuff like swanky offices, fancy salaries for founder's friends etc. Also invested on several business before stabilizing one or two to start with.
