You learn on your feet. You learn skills that will earn you lots of money elsewhere.

Cons

You drown or swim. You ask for help and resources and management ignores you. You have no sick time, that is counted as personal leave. No chance to advancement. Open office plan where the only ones who can work in quiet or by themselves is C Level management. Morale is lower than any place I've worked at, lower than McDonalds. Look up lawsuit Tenan v. Strategiq Commerce, LLC. That will show the people you have in management.
