I was in charge of all the operation took place at the manufacturing and packing of the product complete in the given time and also responsible for labour in charge

Cons

Every time dealing with pressure at work and there no fixed time for the day of work and job profile what I am looking for it was not as per my expectation

There is not a positive reason I can think of to work here, except for the fact that you get a paycheck.

Cons

This company does not care about its employees. If you have an emergency or are sick, they will look down on you for being absent. Furthermore, I was given increased responsibilities and as a result; I was going to ask for a raise. Management found out before I had the chance to ask for the raise and they fired me for it.

No time for even a doctors appointment. Anytime off for anything, including emergency, must be made up weekly, therefore you will work 60 hours one way or the other. Holidays are not really holidays, you either work the holiday and get paid for both work and holiday or you work the weekend prior to the holiday.
