great mission and idea. Trying to do the right thing and change recruiting industry in a good way

Unstable founder, ineffective team and a total nightmare structure. Values are not lived out by team, onboarding process was chaotic. Unrealistic and unclear expectations by CEO. Toxic work culture and environment. I literally have never had a worse experience in my life. Was verbally berated by CEO. No HR at company so no action to be taken to protect employees. No culture of communication or way to speak up. Person I was replacing was completely burnt out due to unbelievable workload and unrealistic expectations. Great mission but awful company.

you get a job at the end of the training, and pick up some knowledge along the way

Cons

lots of misinformation from beginning to end, the higher ups were constantly going back and forth on things they said. (job was remote at first then by the end of it we were expected to go in 2-3x weekly, also we all applied for SWE roles but by the end of it some of us were pushed into Mainframe or BSA roles instead to fill their quota/demands from the client).

Jennifer is an amazing manager

The CEO is unpredictable and unprofessional. It’s not a guarantee you’ll get hired after the two years, they do not allow you to return to strategio after being let go by client and they will shorten your pay! The level of unprofessionalism here was unforgiving and I hope to see this company crash and burn
