Eventually the money will run out. All StreamSets intellectual property of any value is in open source. Sales spend more time finding excuses why they can't sell than they do selling.

Pros

Lots of great people, but there are too many other jobs that will pay better, be less stressful, and with leaders who will help you grow and provide an environment where people can flourish.

Cons

Until the company gets all the roles filled, better training, a deeper understanding of how tools/processes/people should interact, a mechanism to understand and address cultural issues, I wouldn't recommend this as a place to work.
