Pros
Working at Streamline gives you the opportunity to work with an excellent team of highly skilled, talented software engineers who have made the product what it is-an excellent one. Streamline is also dedicated to customer satisfaction.
Cons
Unfortunately, the dedication to customer satisfaction is undermined by poor management practices- Scapegoating used as a management tool to "motivate" Inequitable compensation among staff HR department run by CFO who is poorly suited to run HR Daily/hourly expectations are a moving target Micro-managing middle management practices Employees are dispensable

Pros
They have a decent product and a strong commitment to its customers. There are some very good technical people working there. (Nobody is quite sure why, though.)
Cons
Management is incompetant dysfunctional, sporadic, and wholly beholden to the whims of the company's owner. I would not recommend working there for any self respecting, professional sales person. Each person thinks they can make a difference. Then they are over-run by arcane processes, bureaucratic egos, and entirely bizarre theories on sales & marketing. Save yourself now -- don't do it! Many sales people have come and gone, and the smart ones tend to do so quickly.
