      Pros

      - the company and leadership have a people first mentality - experienced leadership team - diverse team - strong culture where you can be yourself - cutting edge technology - scaling quickly - lots of opportunity - humble culture and leadership team who really listen

      - company was acquired so there’s some integration challenges - scaling pains - some communication challenges that came with scale but things are getting better

      Pros

      Streem's "no ego" policy is my favorite thing here. We are a team, and as such we want to know your opinions and thoughts. Leadership listens and does what it can to help, admitting when they can't help and/or they did something wrong. I feel fully able to be myself without hiding under business jargon. Work/Life balance here is KEY - Streem is the best about this, they encourage people to take time off and model this all the way to the Leadership level. And finally, we create a product that I can get behind - it's really helping people and involves some really cool technology.

      Cons

      Some growing pains from an acquisition, medical benefits aren't competitive in the tech space.
