Pros

Learning of tools that are the most used by the tech recruiters and also some new ones.

Cons

No plan of career. Sadly, it became a common thing to see companions leaving the company without the vacations or because the company fired before it, or because they were too tired and overwhelmed to keep doing the job.

Pros

As a software engineer, I've gone through my fair share of recruitment assessments, but Strider's approach is refreshingly different. Unlike other companies that throw random coding challenges at you, Strider focuses on real-world working problems that actually matter in our day-to-day work. What stood out to me was the relevance and practicality of the problem sets they presented. I wasn't faced with arbitrary puzzles or irrelevant exercises. Instead, they challenged me with authentic scenarios that I could encounter on the job. Whether it was optimizing performance for a high-traffic web application or designing an efficient algorithm for handling large datasets, every problem had a direct connection to the work I'd be doing. This approach gave me confidence that Strider truly understands the challenges we face as software engineers and is committed to evaluating our skills in a meaningful way.

Cons

all good, nothing relevant to complain
