No Incentives or Bonus Focred to sit late and do extra hours make to sit 14hrs. Unachievable Targets eg (800 Contacts by single person) Conjusted Office space Team of 6 people. No Sick Leave. Treat Employees like salves. No HR no Management Zero Employee Benefits. Torture Employees by forcing to sit and achieve unimaginable target. Every Week Meeting is conducted in which boss will give you lectures on Companies growth and blaming employees. Great Slogan of strides is "you achieve target in 2hrs or 15 hrs we don't care". Planning and politics by old employees towards new joinees. In Interview he will fool you by saying we have lots of benefits, 5 days working etc but reality is known after joining. Probation period is 6months but if you make some mistakes it will be extended to 9 or 12 month. Notice period is 3 months all this thing's are said verbally so beware. There is 18 leaves but your leaves will never get approve and it will be unplanned leave and no encashment of leaves. Some people are called on Sunday too. No Increment. Have seen people working for 1 year without offer letter and quit. Every month 2 employees leaves or fired to keep balance by boss in small space. No job security people are fired when their use is finished or found replacement. Boss behaviour is like a vegetable seller he likes to trade employees. If you ask nearby tea seller or panwala they will tell you the truth about him he has not paid their 3 months bills and fooling around. Have seen many employees who are forcefully terminated and not paid their salary and dues. Have spoiled many career of employees by not giving the company's letter. There is one hour interview in which he just fool people by giving fake benefits to them and tourting after joining. He has kept one informant who gives all the information of the employees to him and both makes plan whom to terminate and torture. Its is not a company the company is not even registered he is not even having RPO licences just having Gumasta License from which he is running vegetable store. I will advise you don't spoil your career, time, Energy by joining this company you will regret for sure.

This office is located in Kandivali in rented Gala. Office space is very small hardly 6 people can sit comfortably. Bathroom is also very unhygienic. Around 6 people work here In my six months tenure. I have seen like more then 10 people who have left this company. Computer system are having 2gb ram and pentium processor all systems are second hand. Internet connection is of local broadband speed of 10mbps. Non of the windows are genuine. Not having linkedin premium account He ask to get free linkedin premium account from all the employees who joins the firm he says why to put money in linkedin when we can get for free from new joiners such a cheap person. When the internet connection is down he ask to use own personal mobile data connection he says my work has to be completed any how or you have sit extra. Its is a fake company there is license or any legal documents of this company. He is running account of people who have left the company long back he is fooling his own client. Making to work in the name of other people. There is no Hr or management. No documents are given after joining like offer letter etc. No Public holidays. All Saturday working. Probation period is 6months and notice period is of 3 months. That is why employees run away when they get good offer aslo if you serve notice you will not get proper letters. Giving unachievable target with the slow system and low internet connectivity and when people cant complete target makes them to sit longer is everyday story. No job security When you cant make profit to him like doing 3people work alone he will ask you work for half salary or throw you out. Conducting unnecessary meetings daily for 1 hours and wasting employees times. Spoiling name of the ex-employees in meeting he says they have cheated him but he will not says truth that he has toured them and made them run away. He knows very well to brain wash there current employees by doing all this. Hiring and firing is hobby of the owner. Salary offered to employees is very low here he fools people by saying this much is your salary and you will get 1k bonus after probation but none of them have got bonus he just fool people to join company. There is no OT here your OT will be considered as volunteer work. There is company whatsapp group in which he will keep on messaging all time what is your update no one is leaving office until you complete your project s. Insults employees when they are late or mistake is made. I have come accross many companies in my life but this one is worst among all. He will make you to leave your current company and give you fake offer so that you put paper and leave that company then after you join here you will realise you have made biggest mistake. Not even a single person says good about this man everyone I have come across they have shared there bad experience with this man. I will advise you you sit at home for sometime try to get offer from good company but don't spoil your life by joining this firm.
