I highly recommend working at StringCan Interactive, where your voice and ideas are heard and valued.

Cons

Going to Scottsdale for quarterly planning is always fun … but dang Arizona is hot in June! It’s the only con I can think of. If there’s a con that emerges with this company, I bring it up, and it’s appropriately resolved or addressed.

--Small but mighty team --Great leadership --Company runs on EOS, which creates clarity and structure for values, roles, goals, and professional development --We live our values and bake them into how we work --Great culture - wellness coaching, book clubs, game breaks --Remote work with quarterly on-sites

Cons

The small team structure doesn't work for everyone and neither does our suite of tools. The most successful team members are fast learners who come in ready to develop tool fluency and get involved in many places.
