      Pros

      - Good pay is what I thought but till we go ipo I doubt the stock is not much valuable to me as I left a public company to join Stripe.

      Cons

      - Very high on manager favourite. If you are not your manager favourite you are out even though you add a lot of value. There are lot of people don’t add any value in GTM org. Definitely needs a layoffs on this team. May be evaluate these managers and their teams. - Middle managers run the show here. - Amazon kind of crazy politics. Managers take credit for employees work. Actually most of them are from Amazon just talks about how bad of a culture they bring along.
