Incompetent managers promoted internally. Too many Chiefs not enough Indians. Wastage of money on rebrands and pointless strategic managers who just pass the buck down the line and don't support staff. Flawed systems, backward thinking. Lack of support to stroke survivors and money wasted on middle managers and fundraising events which produce little income. No charity direction whatsoever, and their vision is unrealistic given the management in place. Impossible to see how they have any money left to help stroke survivors when they waste so much on managers.

No progression and funding for training. Too many managers within teams and it’s difficult to have decisions confirmed Poorly paid No progression at all or paid training.
