Pros
I've been with Stryve since it was teeny tiny many years ago. I've seen it grow to a place that breaks the definition of working at an agency.
Work-life balance is extremely important and respected, because the management understands that grinding out employees is now how you keep them long-term and motivate them to do their best, most creative work.
As a "millennial" I find this is a place where I can make an impact, create change, and feel the appropriately level of challenge and growth.
Cons
The hardest part about working at an agency is that you're often at the whim of client demands. It can take a while to adjust to balancing these demands.
