      If looking for a fun, energetic, supportive and professional environment, then you can't go past SACO. The workplace culture is genuinely positive – people are collaborative, approachable, and always willing to help each other succeed.       Lean team therefore lots of exposure and opportunity to work across all aspects of the business. I believe I’ve learnt more here than I would in a similar role in another business. People genuinely care about both the business and each other Everyone including senior leadership are very approachable Hard work doesn’t go unrecognised No red tape, ideas and new ways of working are celebrated

      Lean team therefore can be a heavy workload at times The distributor model is one that can be stakeholder rich at times. People who thrive here build relationships quickly, are resilient and not afraid to be in the detail and the doing

      - Great company culture - Flexibility (WFH options available and they cater to holidays) - Strong and innovative management - Investment in system upgrade and process improvement - Supportive team always willing to lend a hand

      - Workload in peak seasonal periods (Halloween etc) - management seem to be actively addressing this.
