The people that you work with are very lively and cooperative. The work is fun and exciting.

Cons

Salaries are not up to industry standard. Management is very rude and uptight. Sometimes downright mean.

Pros

Dress code is great, work life balance is decent. If you're looking for a more autonomous role, this company could work for you.

Cons

There are little to no promotion opportunities. The company has no clear career path structure. Management is incredibly full of themselves which is ridiculous at a company this small. Very strict in the way they do things, refusing to innovate. Salaries are NOT competitive.
