They come off as though they have it together but there are no set processes internally - everything is always "in development". The project schedules are not known to everyone on the project team and information is very gatekept within project teams. They seem to have a checklist of what each person on the team gets to do on the project and there is no stepping out of that checklist to grow. The boss verbally abuses the employees by calling their clothes "dirty" and using profanities when talking about employees' work with no real constructive feedback. If the client is happy but the boss isn't, it doesn't matter. You have to make the boss happy and tell the client who was already happy that you made changes but you aren't allowed to say its because of the boss or you'll get in trouble. There is no respect for time. You will have to work well beyond your 40 hour week including late nights and weekends. The culture is that overtime is celebrated and makes you a better employee in their eyes and employees would brag about how much overtime they are doing. They get let go from projects frequently which makes keeping your job more stressful, and it seemed like 1 employee would leave every 4-6 weeks. It was a revolving door the whole time I worked there.

Office environment is immensely stressful - loud, chaotic, cramped, unorganized, and even missing basic supplies like pens and paper. This is representative of the entire company. I cannot recommend working at Studio 11 under any circumstances.
