With all the growth came a period of rapidly cycling through HR platforms, then a person, then back to platforms. Policies and processes would change on a dime. The tenor went from positive to punitive. They were particularly inconsistent about how they reviewed us, gave feedback, then gave conflicting feedback...it was impossible to please them. Then came the somewhat random firings--I think seven people within a year. These came without PIPs, and they would promise not to contest unemployment but they did.
