Pros
Learned a lot. everyone is very co-operative. Good company to start with. No salary issues.
Cons
No leaves. No PF. No CLs, PLs, only 9-10 holidays a year. Management is not concerned about the employees. They can do much much better, if think about the employees, which are really hardworking.
