1. Salary on time. 2. Good to join if not getting job elsewhere. 3. Treat job at StudyIq as temporary stint.
Cons
1. They are (Adda247) preparing for IPO and in order to show profitability layoffs without reasons are common. 2. Only managers jobs are safe and secure. Despite of doing timepass work and data manipulation to manipulate senior management in the name of absurd programs. 3. You never know your last working day. You might get call from your manager that this is your last day, please submit company assets. We will give you one month’s notice period salary and two month health insurance. 4. Never ever take any liability like home loan or PL on the basis of this job. Consider job over here one year’s internship opportunity. 5. There is no career development. MBAs and mid level managers will surely put it towards Byju’s trajectory. 6. Employees are asked to put good reviews on Glassdoor too. 7. Basically you need to do extra work for your survival (so that your managers can get credit for their survival and justify their salary)
