Cons

- None as such, driving around to client homes isn't my favorite part though

Pros

Competitive pay with potential extra earnings when making certain volume commitments of tutoring, room for growth, open communication with the office, streamlined process of tutoring, a lot of support when you need it!

Cons

Not really anything negative, sometimes I would want to work more hours than there are available in my area during the summer time, but I think that is typical for a seasonal business.

Pros

Great Company, with a very good recruitment process. It was an enjoyable experience and best part about the company is you will be exploring new things each day. Also the management and the team is very flexible and friendly. The whole experience from day one was perfect and still it is.

Cons

You need to learn new things but this will help you increase your own skills.
