I have nothing to share, may be you will be okay if you are not proactive and don't do anything by yourself because they just want donkey behavior from you.
Cons
Only politics happens here and you will survive only if you are okay with being manipulated and do what they tell you. Your talent has nothing to do here and you won't get any growth, neither will you get a decent working environment. In certain cases and departments you will even see senior employees ganging up against you. Working here will drain your mental health badly. Don't ruin your career in this company.
