no respect of an employee. In India manager is not the manager he is a gate keeper. The employee who is working there honestly but there is no reward here. very bad work culture. no good place to work. U.S. people have no interaction with another employee. use slang word in the company. my experience was very bad. Bad work culture especially for women.

It doesn't have such things.

Cons

The worst higher management. It doesn't have ethics. Shutdown the process in Banglore, India without prior intimation to any of the employees. Divide and rule policy is the only policy they have adopted. Company cannot be trusted.
