* Team - really talented and knowledgeable team members * Team - warm welcoming and friendly on code reviews, pair programming and moving ahead with your tasks * Team - motivating vibes of productivity and the pace of work * Work culture is not laid-back, so you stay sharp! But it is neither breathing-down-your-neck kind of culture! * The product and domain expertise within team runs deep and front-runners enjoy in-depth discussions on any minute details. * Market is new, or rather made anew by a few pioneers including Subskribe, so many things around this domain is at very interesting stage. * Healthy competition and visibility. PR and Sales are making sure the brand visibility increases rapidly at this stage, as required. PS: I am a lucky one to have almost always enjoyed a good team (and manager) around me. But this one beats nearly my two decades of track record!
